Suffolk Winter Alliance - Results

Corona Virus Update 23rd December 2020

Just an update on the Suffolk Winter Alliance December 2020.

Following the first Corona Virus Lockdown we decided to still go ahead and plan for the 2020/21 Winter League Season.

Doug our Secretary had arranged with all of the clubs that we would be going ahead, depending on Corona virus restrictions allowing us to play.  When we were closing in on the first possible meeting in September, we could play with social distancing, but were informed at that time that there would be a limit of 30 players being allowed to play.

We decided that it would not be cost effective to go ahead with that meeting.  We further decided that we would cancel all the meetings up to Christmas at this time as well.  As it turned out this was possibly a wise move, and we have now cancelled all the remaining meetings to the end of the Season, i.e. March 2021.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Safe, New year, hopefully things will improve in the New Year, we do have until September 2021 before we start our next Season.

This meeting is cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
