The Professionals golf shop has under gone some big changes over the years. Originally built in 1980 to provide for the needs of the members of Stowmarket golf club. Today it serves adult and junior golfers from all over country with golf coaching, equipment, ladies and men’s clothing and foot wear.
Beginners Group Coaching
With golf professional Duncan Burl
My group coaching covers all the basics of golf in a relaxed and fun environment.
Through the 6 weeks I will cover woods, irons, chipping, putting and playing the course. The sessions are relaxed and fun and my aim is to provide a comfortable and social environment to learn. To book please phone the range (01449 737090) or email duncan@stowmarketgolfcentre.co.uk
The cost for the 6 weeks is £50 – the dates are
Saturdays 1pm-2pm starting Saturday 5th April or Thursdays 6pm-7pm starting Thursday 10th April

Pass it on campaign
Bringing new golfers to the game is really important to me, they are the future members of our golf club and we all should encourage anyone who shows an interest. I can remember who got me started and we now with email we have the chance to spread the word.
I am sure you know people who might like to give golf a go and I hope to have the perfect opportunity to help them on their way.
I would like you to pass the attachment (click here) through to your friends, family, work colleagues and neighbours in your email address book and give them the chance to “try golf”. Hopefully they will pass it on to their friends and more people could give this great game a try.
Starting Saturday 9th February I will be running beginners group lessons for anyone wanting to learn how to play golf or brush up on their skills, all equipment is supplied and if they want to they can go out and play on our Skylarks 9 hole course afterwards.
