| Travelling from the west: Proceed along the A14 from Bury St Edmunds for approximately 8 miles and turn left at the sign for IXWORTH A1088; after 100 yards, take the first exit at the roundabout signposted WOOLPIT/BURY ST EDMUNDS, which takes you back over the A14. Continue on this road for approximately 3¾ miles. Stowmarket Golf Club can be found on your right, just after the right-turn sign for BUXHALL and GREAT FINBOROUGH. |

| Travelling from the east: Proceed along the A14 from Ipswich for approximately 10 miles and turn left at the sign for STOWMARKET / NEEDHAM MARKET A1120; take the first exit at the roundabout at the end of the slip road. After ¼ mile, go straight over the roundabout at the Tesco store. Travel along this road for ¾ mile to the bottom of the hill, and turn right onto the dual carriageway signposted STOWMARKET. After ½ mile, take the second exit at roundabout signposted COMBS FORD. At mini roundabout (¼ mile) bear left, follow the road around to the left, and at the next mini roundabout, take second exit into COMBS LANE. Travel along Combs Lane for 1½ miles to 'T' junction and turn right. Go over narrow hump back bridge and turn left, signposted Golf Club (The Shepherd & Dog Pub on corner). The Golf Course is 1 mile from this junction, on the left. |
