Ladies Section

At The Norfolk the Ladies Section has a well deserved reputation for friendliness and enthusiasm for golf at all levels. Our Ladies day is Wednesday, but we also have a strong and active group of ladies playing on Saturdays who take part in all competitions.

We run 2 League Division teams: this year representing Divisions 1 & 4. Also, we take part in the Mail on Sunday, Daily Mail Foursomes, Australian Spoons, Coronation Foursomes and County Scratch league and all other County Competitions. There are various friendly matches through the year & we have club away days through the winter months. There are various internal Ladies knockout competitions and opportunities for mixed events through the year.

We pride ourselves in being a very social club and work hard with various committees to lay on mixed golf events, quiz nights & race nights to name but a few. All events are published on the notice boards at the club and will be shown on the website as we progress through the year.

Charity fund raising this year will be for Macmillan Cancer Support (Norwich) and again various events will be published shortly.

Whatever your standard of golf rest assured you will always be made to feel very welcome at The Norfolk.
