The year’s competitions are now underway and one of the most popular is the Chris Hanlon Open. This is a stableford competition for men and ladies, which is always played on Easter Monday. A maximum 156 members took part, which was followed by the prize presentation in the evening.
The Captain, John Payne, thanked Chris Hanlon for his continued interest in the club and asked him to present the prizes. Chris was the club’s pro for a period of 46 years.
