King’s Lynn Golf Club situated in North West Norfolk just North East of King’s Lynn close to Castle Rising.
Located in between the medieval port of King's Lynn and the splendours of the Royal Norfolk Estate of Sandringham it is a challenging championship course.
The tree lined fairways have matured over the years and today it is widely regarded as one of the finest inland Golf Courses in Norfolk. Visitors are always welcome at King's Lynn and can look forward to a memorable challenging experience.
I once asked a past Captain, then the Club Secretary, which is your signature hole? He answered “We like to think that they are all signature holes”, and that can be a problem because you cannot always remember definitions between certain holes.

Obviously there are holes that stand out and it truly is a great place to play golf Founded in 1923, the Club moved to its present idyllic location in 1975. It is a very different type of course to the more famous and challenging coastal courses of Hunstanton, Royal West Norfolk, Sheringham and Royal Cromer.
The Norfolk Coast is a great place to play golf with a lot of choice particularly if you wish to play links golf. King’s Lynn Golf Club offers something different with the course cut out of the Silver Birch and Pines.
One of the best woodland courses in the region although Thetford Golf club takes some beating whilst just down the road at Downham Market, the 9 hole Ryston Park Golf Course is probably the friendliest.
Our view if you come to Norfolk to play golf you should try King’s Lynn Golf Club.
