The 4 star Hotel will provide 104 bedrooms which will include 12 luxury suites. All rooms will have luxurious on-suite bathrooms with both a walk-in shower and bath. Also incorporated will be 2 tastefully appointed bridal suites. All rooms will have views of the golf course and South Downs beyond and the majority will have patio doors leading onto a own balcony.

As an added facility for the hotel guest a state of the art health club is also provided. This will incorporate a 20m indoor swimming pool, a multi-station gymnasium with the latest key system cardiovascular and resistance equipment plus an aerobics studio and spinning room. An extensive Spa will also be created to provide the ideal venue for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing "pamper package."

For the conference delegate there are no fewer than 9 conference suites the larger of which will be capable of seating up to 200 attendees. All conference suites will be fitted with the latest audio visual accessories.

The complex is completed by the provision of a 300 seater banqueting hall where all visitors will be able to enjoy the superb catering for which East Sussex National has developed a fine reputation.

Once completed The East Sussex National Golf and Hotel Complex will provide a total of 6 bars, 2 restaurant (60 and 160 covers respectively) and no fewer than 9 function/meeting suites.
