Welcome to Diss Golf Club
Located on the Norfolk Suffolk border, alongside the River Waveney, picturesque heath and parkland Diss Golf Club provides 18 holes of challenging golf for all standards of player. The holes range from the scenic but difficult 468 yard par 4 13th Hole, to the pretty 15th at 146 yards. The club has a growing reputation for consistently excellent standard of greens and the Club is very proud of its experienced green staff.
Good management and soil conditions mean that the course is rarely closed, even in winter, and both members and visitors regularly compliment the courses good condition.
The club was formed on common land in 1903, one of the first in the area, with 9 holes and a small country cottage which served as the original Clubhouse. By 1991 the course had progressed to a full 18 holes of interesting and varied golf. The Clubhouse had been much extended and improved over time, and in 1992 a further large extension took place, properly complementing the course.
Visitors, whether in groups or individually are very welcome at
Diss Golf Club, and many return!
