Non qualifying competitions and social 9 hole “Jollies” are generally played between November and March.

For ladies with a lower handicap we take part in the County League Division 3 and the Gillieson, which we won in 2003.

We also organise very well supported annual competitions such as the Ladies Open and Mixed Open.

A cheque for £1058.68 was presented to Lesley Cologne of the Local Charity Big-C at the Ladies Christmas Lunch on 15 December 2009. The money was raised by Dereham Golf Club members throughout the year as part of the Joint Captains Charity. Norfolk and Waveney's own Big-C is a completely independent local charity which relies on donations to help it provide local services for local people.
