Most players will require a matched set of 9 irons and
2 or 3 woods to play their best. Oversize and midsize
heads are larger than the traditional sized clubs and
are easier to hit because they have great 'moment of
inertia' (i.e. they twist less). Offset clubs reduce
the tendency to slice and help give your shots a higher
trajectory.
After you have been playing a while you may wish to have
a set of clubs custom made to your exact specifications.
