Matches

Both the A team and the B had one win and one loss in April we wish them well in May

The C team also has had one win and one loss  and as our social team, they are still looking for more members to sign up on the board in the Spike Bar . All members welcome to sign up.

The Ladies and Seniors are also having their fair share of successes in matches.

 

Course News

The new Tees mower has arrived and is improving the appearance of the teeing areas .
But the biggest help to the quality of the course is the wet weather . All we need now is some warmth to promote grass growth to fill in the bare patches.
A divot filling party took place on Thursday and the bags are out on the course so please use them.

 

Social

The Alston Quiz was well attended and won by a Team representing the Alston family . The prize draw was won, so the Draw on Friday 11th will be £100.

 

Competitions

Another competition was lost due to heavy rain. It will be re run so look on the competitions sheets which are on the spike bar boards for men.  Ladies sign up in their locker room. 

 

Practice Ground

The practice ground is equipped with practice bays and a ball dispensing machine so you do not have to collect your own balls. Tokens are on sale in the Pro Shop .
The Nets have now been refurbished so you have no excuses not to practice more!

 

White Tees
A reminder that you are allowed to play social golf off the White Tees on Tuesday only
